We are very sorry to report that
we lost power last night in the storm. Many of our services are down as
the power was out longer than our UPS could support. Critical
infrastructure like our storage is on a generator so your files are safe.
However, it will take us some time to restore all the clusters and servers to
production.
Ironically, this is the problem
UB Facilities is working to fix this weekend. Unfortunately, this had to
happen this week instead of next week. As always, we will work diligently
to restore services as quickly as possible.
