The CCR help desk portal will be offline on Sunday, December 25, 2016 from 2:30-5:30pm. Tickets can be sent via email to ccr-help@buffalo.edu during this time and will be queued up and added to the portal once the maintenance is complete. This maintenance is being done by the service vendor, Freshdesk.
Since UB is closed Monday, December 26th for the holiday, CCR staff will only be responding to emergencies until we're open again Tuesday morning.
