Help desk support from 12/26-1/2

UB is closed Monday, December 26th and  Monday, January, 2nd; therefore CCR staff will be unavailable for support unless there is a system emergency.

During the week of 12/26, many staff will be out of the office so ticket response time may be slower than usual.   We will get to your requests as quickly as possible.  Thank you for understanding!
