UB is closed Tuesday, December 25th and Tuesday, January, 1st; therefore CCR staff will be unavailable for support unless there is a system emergency.
During the period from December 24th through January 1st, many staff will be out of the office so ticket response time may be slower than usual. We will get to your requests as quickly as possible. Thank you for understanding!
