6/30/20: Changes to Academic (UB-HPC) Cluster Partitions

During the June 30, 2020 maintenance downtime the academic (UB-HPC) cluster partition layout will change. The general-compute partition will now also include all nodes from the largemem, gpu, cascade, and skylake partitions. These 4 partitions will be removed. The debug and viz partitions will remain the same. Please see this article for DETAILED INFORMATION
