Help Desk Expanding to Slack & Zoom

Beginning in August 2020, CCR users, or those trying to become users, will now have access to help desk staff and student assistants via Slack and through virtual office hours on Zoom.

Anyone with a UB email address can join us on Slack using this invitation:  https://join.slack.com/t/ubccr-help/signup


Anyone in the CCR community is welcome to join us on Slack - both to ask questions or to help answer them.  If you are an experienced user and see a question you've already had to answer yourself, feel free to chime it.  It's really geared to be a community of CCR users.  CCR staff and student assistants will be monitoring the Slack channel during regular business hours.  However, please do not expect immediate assistance.  As always, if you have a pressing matter, please submit a ticket to CCR Help through this portal or by emailing ccr-help @buffalo.edu

ZOOM VIRTUAL OFFICE HOURS:


We will no longer be offering drop-in office hours at scheduled times.  However, CCR help desk staff are available by appointment for virtual office hours via Zoom.  Please submit a ticket to ccr-help @buffalo.edu to request a meeting.
