12pm: This appears to be resolved, though we haven't yet seen a follow-up to the UBIT alert sent earlier in the day.
There appears to be wide spread networking issues at UB (or possibly beyond) causing problems with accessing CCR's services as well. UBIT is aware and working on troubleshooting.

All campus networks connectivity and some application access is unavailable at this time. VoIP telephone and Jabber services seem to be working as expected.
Technical staff are aware of the problem and actively working on a resolution.
An update to this UBIT Alert will be made at 11:30 a.m., or when the problem is resolved (if earlier).
