RESOLVED: 6/24/22: Cloud networking outage affecting major services inc. OnDemand

The networking issue has been resolved.  If you have additional problems, please report them to CCR Help

We are aware of networking issues currently affecting our on-premise cloud infrastructure, LakeEffect.  The Horizon dashboard is inaccessible, as well as all instances running in the cloud.  If you are a cloud customer, this means you will be unable to access your instances until this is resolved.  For CCR users, this means OnDemand and ColdFront are offline.  We will update this alert as more information becomes available.
