This issue has been mostly resolved. These services are back online. There are repairs going on in the underlying cloud infrastructure that should not affect your use of the cloud environment. If you are still having issues with any instances you're running in the Lake Effect cloud, please submit a CCR Help ticket.
We're troubleshooting issues with connecting to instances running in the Lake Effect research cloud. This may affect your instance(s). It also affects CCR services such as ColdFront, OnDemand and Ondemand-Future.
