Tues, 9/19 11:30am update: The Horizon dashboard is now available. The upgrade continues but it is not anticipated that there will be any additional outages. We are marking this resolved. Please contact CCR Help if you have any issues with your cloud instances or with any of these services.
6pm update: These services are back online as well as access to instances Lake Effect customers are running in the cloud. The Horizon dashboard will be unavailable as the upgrade continues Tuesday.
5:10pm Update: These services are still offline as the upgrade continues. We anticipated short blips might be possible during this migration but this extended downtime was unexpected. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We're aware of some services CCR runs in the cloud are currently unavailable. There is a live upgrade going on and this issue is temporary. This affects OnDemand, OnDemand-future, IDM, ColdFront, and our compile nodes.
