The Center for Computational Research provides UB’s high performance research computing infrastructure and services and is available to all UB faculty and their research groups. CCR offers several high performance computing clusters (supercomputers), enterprise storage systems, state of the art networking, and an on-premise cloud environment.

In this presentation, CCR staff will provide an overview of the Center, the equipment and services offered, and the process for getting accounts for members of your research team. The second half of the presentation will cover methods of accessing the systems, using the job scheduler to run on the clusters, and the latest information on CCR’s software environments.

Thank you to the School of Engineering for graciously hosting CCR staff for this presentation!
