12/21/24-1/1/25: Winter Break CCR Support

December 21, 2024 through January 1, 2025, the CCR Help Desk will support critical services as usual, but our turnaround for routine service requests will be constrained by staff availability. There will be no non-emergency coverage December 25 or January 1.   We recommend you submit help tickets during this time as our Slack channels will not be monitored as thoroughly as normal.  Allocation requests will be reviewed on Monday, January 30.
