Starting instances in the Eucalyptus Management Console:

Users may experience an error when trying to start an instance.  If the cloud has reached capacity or if you're trying to start an especially large instance that there aren't enough resources to support, you will get the following error:

If possible, try to start a smaller instance.  If you are unable to start any instances, please submit a help ticket.  We will investigate the overall usage of the cloud and see what can be scaled back.

Starting instances in Eucatools:

If you are using the command line eucatools for managing your instances, the error you get for this problem is extremely cryptic.  You will see something like:

$ euca-run-instances -t m2.xlarge -k ccruser -g securitygroup emi-a9eec683
