Initial incoming work requests should be sent to all GDW team members for review.
Discussion for received work requests will occur during the next scheduled GDW team meeting.
After reaching consensus for the new work request, appropriate team member(s) will reach out via e-mail with the teams agreed upon response.
For approved work requests, a meeting with the individual/group will be set up.
For denied work request, appropriate team member(s) will decline the request via e-mail.
Updates regarding approved work requests should be made weekly during our scheduled GDW team meetings.
