Updated - 10/3 10:30am:We are still working with the vendor to resolve this issue. There was a double hardware failure - two hosts in a failover pair - that we are attempting to recover from and determine the root cause. More to follow.
We are aware of problems accessing /gpfs/scratch. The vendor has been contacted for support in resolving the issue. We hope to have it fixed quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
