This problem has been resolved. Please submit a help ticket if you experience future problems.
Due to an issue with GPFS, we have temporarily blocked any
new jobs from starting. Current jobs may fail or when they end, will not complete correctly. You will see they remain in the CG (canceling) state. We are working with the vendor to resolve this problem and will open up the cluster to new jobs as soon as GPFS is fixed. Thank you for your patience.
