UB is closed Monday, December 25th and Monday, January, 1st; therefore CCR staff will be unavailable for support unless there is a system emergency.
The Freshdesk help desk system and portal will be offline on Monday, December 25th from 2:30-4:30pm while the vendor performs their annual system maintenance. The portal will be unavailable but any emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org will be queued and delivered to us after the system is back in production.
During the week of 12/25, many staff will be out of the office so ticket response time may be slower than usual. We will get to your requests as quickly as possible. Thank you for understanding!
